Trade that survives the distance

Savanna Trade connects African suppliers to international buyers. The hard part of that trade has never been finding each other — it is that the first shipment is the one where neither side can afford to be wrong.

Suppliers are checked, in public

Every store carries the level it has reached and what was seen to grant it — company registry, director identity, bank account in the company name, and for the top rung a site visit. The level is not for sale and a plan does not move it.

Terms are written before money moves

A request becomes a written quote: unit price, freight, total, ship-by date, and how long it stands. Nothing is agreed by chat. A revision supersedes a quote rather than editing it, so both sides can always see what was actually offered.

The money waits for the goods

Pay through Secure Payment and Savanna Trade holds the order value until you confirm the shipment arrived. The fee for that is paid by the supplier — a buyer is charged the order value and nothing on top.

Disputes are decided, not absorbed

A dispute on a held order is decided within seven business days, on the documents and messages that are already on the record. That is also why the record matters: mediation can only use what it can see.
